Best Western Premier Ib Hotel Friedberger Warte - Frankfurt am Main

This hotel might seem decent if you're looking for big problems, but the check-in reminded me of a slap in the face. Not to mention the reception staff were anything but friendly. I expected a warmer bathroom and special treatment, perhaps a room upgrade? But alas, just like everyone else. Almost gave a good review, just couldn't.

Most of the staffs were really kind and courteous. The deluxe room I stayed in was huge and well cleaned with comfortable beds...

The service was all in all nice. We were offered appetising pastries and bangers. All the staff was courteous and very, very nice, fixed our issues. It was in a great location so close to downtown or Sachsenhausen on the 18 or 30 and the center of Frankfurt❤

Loved the location. It's super convenient to the US consulate and public transport! The breakfast spread was fantastic. Our room was very clean with comfy beds and nice touches such as instant coffee.

I traveled because I had an urgent appointment at the American Consulate. I arrived the day before the appointment and asked the hotel reception three times to please wake me up at 8 am. There is little variety in the food, the dinners only have 1 kind of soup, nothing light, only meat and a menu for many people, very expensive. In the reservation they say breakfast included and there is only a small table with tea or bad coffee.

The Imformality of the Personnel: They do not do what you ask them to do. It is a big mistake not to wake up at the time you have asked them to and if you travel on business it is a big mistake. I do not recommend it.

Convenient location, easy access to nearby attractions. Rooms have reasonable space for a comfortable stay.

Shower head broken . The reception area felt cramped, with a check-in policy requiring extra fees for early arrivals. Breakfast pricing at 25 euros per person seemed steep for the quality offered, which didn't impress.

Expected wireless internet to be foc like most hotels in that price bracket.

This is our second stay at the hotel. Everything is very good, the bed, breakfast. This time we've stayed with a baby and the crib was excellent, they even gave a bed time story, a toy to play in the bath and shoes for him.

We've asked for extra towels on the phone but they never gave the towels, and the 2 towels in the bathroom had blood in it.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, with made-to-order Belgian waffles and a fantastic selection of hot items like eggs and sausages. The staff were very good, arranged a room upgrade and ensuring our birthday celebration was extra special with thoughtful decorations.

I did not like the fact that there are no double bed. It is not good for the families with children, who are too big for cotbed and to small to sleep in a single bed

tiny beds and tiny covers. the cover si suppose to be be bigger than the bed, thy don't understand that. no mini bar, only vending machines infront of elevators and 2 times my product got stucked and I had to call maintenance.

Absolutely loved the really good breakfast! So fresh and delicious. The room was clean, but our check-in felt a bit off with the extra charges for early arrival. Still, decent stay overall 😊

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, I really enjoyed it, especially city view. The particularly good location was next to Hessendenkmal. There were main shopping street and a shopping street around the venue.

A very friendly staff and a perfect location close to the American Embassy and minutes from downtown
